When we take care of our bodies we feel better emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Our relationships are positively affected.

I believe God designed us to heal if we nourish and support our bodies physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. If fed proper nutrients our organs will function correctly and detox properly what the body doesn’t need.

Real food nutrients support hormones, neurotransmitters, organs and every cell in your body.

We need an abundance of Macro and Micro nutrients every day. Our diets are becoming insufficient due to the quality of food we are consuming. The degeneration of our soil over time and the farming practices of today are literally leaving us deficient in vital nutrients and harming our bodies.  There is an entire industry of engineers that work to make food centered around pleasure. We are a discouraged, depressed and tired generation that uses food to lift us up. We must build up our soul/mind and make better choices about what we put in our body. The enemy would love to destroy us physically because then we are no longer an effective instrument.  

We are made up of trillions of cells. I believe we must nourish and support our cells everyday. Cells form the tissue that supports our organs that drive all systems in the body. Healthy cells allow nutrients in and detox out what's not needed. However, if a cell is sick or inflamed it will not function properly.

We have two major epidemics going on today. An abundance of inflammation in the body and intestinal permeability or "leaky gut."

  • All disease begins in the gut. (And you may not always be symptomatic.)
  • Organs will often loose 70% function before you notice a symptom. 
  • Genetic defects or vulnerabilities can be expressed based on the foods you eat and the environment within which you live. 
  • Inflammation in the gut = inflammation in the brain.
  • Chronic, systemic inflammation leads to chronic health problems.
  • 70-80% of your immune system is in the gut and it must be supported.
  • The gut is also called the 2nd brain. 95% of serotonin or happy hormone is made in the gut if things are working correctly.
  • Your gut is your foundation for health...and it is my passion to educate you on how to restore it to optimal wellness.

Leaky gut or intestinal permeability is a dysfunction in the gut lining. Particles seep through the gut lining barrier and into the blood stream causing an immune response in the body. This is where the abundance of auto immune issues start. Other issues associated with leaky gut include food allergies and sensitivities, bloating, brain fog, decreased immune function, mood swings, thyroid conditions, low energy, irritable bowel, weight gain, skin issues, joint pain and headaches.

A healthy body provides the best environment in which a healthy soul and spirit can thrive.

Where I suggest most people start is by improving their diet...

REMOVE from your diet:

Processed Sugar – Sugar acts as poison to your system – the enemy uses to keep us in bondage – brain studies have proven it is more addictive than cocaine.

Processed Grains – White flour turns to sugar within seconds of entering the body.  Wheat has been hybridized and is now higher in gluten than it was years ago. The body has a very hard time processing gluten and it is a neurotoxin. 

GMO’s – Genetically modified organisms – Foods that have been genetically modified are what we call "frankin foods" or foreign invaders. The body sees them as toxins and they tear up the gut. Corn and soy are examples of genetically modified foods. 

Genetically modified means the crop has been tinkered with on a genetic level to receive applications of glyphosate, the main ingredient in Roundup weedkiller, without killing the plant. This has led to “excessive” levels of glyphosate turning up in the food we eat. In 2015, the World Health Organization declared glyphosate “probably carcinogen to humans.”

Artificial Sweeteners -  Things like food dye, aspartame, sucralose, MSG and high fructose corn syrup are extremely toxic to your brain and overall system. You MUST read labels and be informed or you may be consuming these substances on a daily basis.

Processed foods loaded with chemicals - God designed the Garden of Eden with Whole Foods to nourish our bodies. Man has tried to recreate flavors in the packaged convenience of processed foods at the expense of the consumer’s health.

Conventional Meat & Dairy - Essentially, you are what they eat. If the livestock you are eating or consuming dairy products from, is fed pesticide-ridden, hormone-stuffed feed, those hormones and pesticides enter your GI tract, get stored in your fat cells and can compromise your health.
